The types of personal information I may store include your name, address, telephone number and images. This information is used to process your order and to contact you if I need further information or to confirm orders.
I will not sell or rent this information to any 3rd parties or agents.
However, unless you instruct me otherwise, I may contact you in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes in this privacy policy.

Your access and control over information

You may at any time do the following:

See what information I have about you.
Change or delete the data.
Opt out permanently from any future contact from me.
This can be by via the Contact us form, by email or by telephoning me on the number given in the Contact Me page.

Financial information

I do not hold any of your financial information such as credit card details. For online payments, I currently use Google checkout. They have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Terms and conditions

This site is owned and operated by Alan Eccles (referred to herein as ‘The Pet Artist ’, 'I’, and 'my'). All content included on my site, such as prints, photographs, illustrations, images, text (referred to as 'Content') is owned by The Pet Artist or the Content providers. By using this web site and placing an order with me you are agreeing to comply with my terms and conditions.

Image copyright

All images you send to me must either belong to you, be free of copyright or have written permission from the copyright holder. We retain the copyright of all paintings produced. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use images of paintings produced by us without our written permission. Unless you tell me otherwise, we may use any paintings produced or images thereof for marketing purposes, including flyers, brochures and publishing on this web site, or for production of copies for resale.

Refund guarantee

All paintings produced have a one calendar month returns policy. If you return a painting in its original condition within one calendar month of receipt, you may request me to do any of the following:

Refund all of the money you paid to me. You just have to pay for return postage.
Changes be made to the painting(s). In this case please contact me before returning your painting(s) so that arrangements can be made.
Any damage to the paintings in transit must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Limitation of liability

Neither The Pet Artist, its Directors nor the Content providers will be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of this web site.
